  This lesson started out to be quite a challenge for me. I was to design my frame, then split it into 3 sections using the image splitter in PSP. I've been using PSP for almost a year and never knew there was such a thing. Thanks to my friend Pam, a couple of tutorials on the internet, and about 6 hrs. of trial and error, I finally figured it out. Once I learned how to use the image splitter, I realized how simple it is. :-)  I split my frame into 3 sections: top, middle, and bottom. The sections are then inserted into the code which makes the middle "stretch" with the content inside of the frame. You can see my sections here.
